large Patchwork plaid Wreath

Handmade, large 18 inch round, tartan plaid, patchwork style rag wreath. This over-sized decorative wreath is a unique way to add some winter or holiday color into your home. Created from approximately 10-12 different tartans, this wreath creates a unique blended patchwork of winter related prints. The main colors are navy blue, hunter green and red.

Particular care was taken in making these wool rag wreaths. Each of the wreaths are carefully constructed and can take anywhere from 2 hours to create. Each individual piece of fabric was cut, tied on and trimmed off using pinking shears. The wreath will lie flush against the wall. This particular wreath hangs from a small loop on the back of the wreath.
